Hands down one of the BEST things I have done for myself! It was AMAZING! The attention to detail was FANTASTIC! All the products they used smelled AWESOME!! Tina was so Sweet, and Very friendly. I will MOST DEFINITELY go back monthly! If you have not tried it, I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! (BTW, the service I did was the Anti-aging scalp treament) Thanks a Million Tina for a relaxing service after the work day! 😀 They also gave me a coupon for my next visit, now that is SERVICE!! ❤️❤️

Did the hydro nourishing scalp detox and my guy was fantastic! He even took this bomb photos. The head scan before and after was incredible! I feel refreshed and ready for the wedding in two days

I had such a relaxing experience at Vivian Head Spa yesterday. It honestly might be my new favorite head spa! Linda, who took care of me, was incredibly sweet and attentive. She made the whole experience feel so comfortable and relaxing. Her massage technique was also very professional! You can really tell she knows exactly what she’s doing. I chose the anti-aging treatment, and it was amazing. The whole process felt so soothing and healing. I walked out feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. The environment is very clean and calming, the service is wonderful, and the treatments are definitely worth it. I will absolutely keep coming back. Highly recommend!

This is our third time visiting Vivian Head Spa, and every single time has been absolutely incredible. We’ve done the full body massages and head spa treatments, and it has truly become our favorite couple’s self-care ritual. Every visit feels like we are in heaven — so relaxing, peaceful, and rejuvenating. What really sets them apart is the experience. The ambiance is calming and luxurious, and the customer service is beyond amazing. After our last visit, the owner personally messaged us to follow up — that level of care speaks volumes. You can truly feel how much they value their clients. I actually started going to them when they were located in Lewisville, and now that they’ve moved to Plano and expanded, the experience has only gotten better. The space is more elevated, yet they’ve kept the same warmth, friendliness, and attention to detail that made us fall in love with them in the first place. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, reconnect, and treat yourself (or make it a couples experience like we do), Vivian Head Spa is it. We will definitely be back again and again!

Vivian Head Spa deserves more than 5 stars. I had an incredibly relaxing and amazing experience. Linda was exceptional and I highly recommend this hair spa for your hair needs. The neck, shoulder, and head massage was impeccable! The facility is clean, friendly, and the price was very reasonable too! I don't live in Texas, but each time I come to visit family, I will make sure to get another service.
